New Milford, CT real estate talk. What does "As Is" really mean? As a real estate professional in the greater New Milford, CT area, I do come across the term "as is" many times. "As is" means something different to each party, let me explain.

litchfield county: Surreal Saturday! - 10/29/11 09:02 AM
Yes indeed, it is surreal around here today. 70 degrees last week, snow today. Many of the trees have not lost their leaves and are bending with the weight of the snow already. Last winter still looms large in my memory, winter has not even begun and yet it seems very impatient to show it's face. I did manage to find a bit of beauty in this very surreal day right outside my back door.

Kent CT real estate in Litchfield County, what's selling, what's for sale and what does it all mean? As a buyer looking to purchase property in Kent, CT it could be a great deal for you.
