Protecting your skin from the sun's rays is always important, but it becomes even more so when your acne treatments cause photosensitivity. Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen of at least SPF 15 every single day. Salicylic acid works by softening the skin and removing dead skin cells. A number of facial washes have salicylic acid. Vigorous washing and scrubbing can irritate your skin and make acne the fact that many products claim to cure acne, there is no cure for acne. You probably have been disappointed by less than acceptable results from these so-called cures.;)
