Core logic has just released it's Feb. 2011 data on housing prices and while the numbers show Arizona home prices fell again, it is good news for all...I think. You see, things always get worse before they get better and this is a great opportunity for buyers and investors alike to take advantage of the undervaled market and super interest rates. Supply is high and the demand is really being fueled by investors, who account for nearly half of all transactions.
