Andy's Sweet Chicken!

About a week ago I was putting together some dinner for my girlfriend and I. When I invented this sweet chicken! (I'm sure something similiar has been made but it was good!) Sorry but I don't have the exact amounts on the recipe!!

* Fresh Cut Mango Salsa (one container 12 oz.)

* Briannas Home Style Blushwine Vinagrette Dressing (6 oz. give or take)

* Lemon Juice (a splash)

* Sugar (Sprinkle chicken lightly after marinating)

Mix first 3 ingredients and marinate chicken in sauce over night.

Sprinkle with Sugar and Grill!

Today was a horrible day for Tom Brady and all Patriot fans!! In the first quarter of their season opener

against Kasas City, Tom Brady went down for the SEASON!!  The Patriots went on to win the game but it

wasn't pretty! I personal think the Patriots are in trouble! They contacted Chris Simms, and he is

scheduled to arrive in New England Monday for a physical and workout.

*Vince Young, Titans think he may have torn his MCL

* Brett Farve and the Jets win their season opener against Miami!!

*Bears upset the Colts

*Buffalo wins big over Seattle!!

Today was a crazy day for everyone involve in Skagit County. First of all, I would like to give my best

wishes to all the families of the 6 victims. Their is still a lot of unknow info in this case. It all started today

around 2:00 p.m. When a 911 call was recieved stating that someone had been shot! After a series of

events of the next couple hours. It all ended with the suspect being arrested, but the damage was done.

He killed 6 people including a Deputy (Ann Jackson) and injured many others. All the information they

released about the suspect was that he was an 28 year old Alger man. Also they said the mans mother

has tried several times to commit him to a mental hospital. All this went down in the tiny crime free town

of Alger. More information will be released tommorow after further investigation. Tip Line - 360-419-3257.

The NFL Season will be kicking off on Thursday, when the Washington Redskins face the defending Super

Bowl Champion New York Giants!!  Hope your all ready for some football!! A bunch of games on Sunday

USA After Winning the Gold Medal!!

Yeah, that's right the USA Basketball team brought home the Gold!!! And they looked great doing it,

entering the medal rounds 5-0!! Winning by an average of 32 in their first 5 games! Including beating

the defending champions, and spanking Germany by 49 points! Breezed past the Aussies in the

quarterfinals,  and went on to beat Argentina to get to the Gold-Medal game, against Spain. This was a

great game! With Kobe and Lebron both in foul trouble early it was looking like Spain might have the

upper hand. But Dwayne Wade wasn't having it!! He had a huge game scoring 28 points! And, with clutch

shots from him, Kobe Bryant and Deron Williams USA pulled ahead and won the gold medal, 118-107!!!

Even though preseason doesn't count for anything it's a great opportunity to see what your team did in

the off-season, and what your rookies can do. Also it means the regular season is just around the corner!

Updates

* Brett Farve is now on the Jets! Today was his first practice with the team and he will be starting next

week v.s. the Redskins!

* Chad Pennington (Jets QB last year) is now on the Miami Dolphins.

* The best part is they will be playing against each other in the Season opener!

* Byron Leftwich signed by the Steelers. His third home in the past year! (Jaguars, Falcons, Steelers)

* Matt Ryan, Falcons Rookie QB looked good in his 1st start. (113 yards and a TD)

*Another impressive rookie: Titans Chris Johnson (RB), looked good with his 66 yard Touchdown run!

Of course there was others that played well, but those are the two players that stuck out to me.

Also I will be heading down to Seattle Saturday for some preseason action!! (Bears v.s Seahawks) I'll keep you posted!!
