I enjoy the ocean. Especially when my kids were younger. My boys and I would paddle out and using a "boogy board" and would ride only what appeared to be the best breaking waves back to the shore. At the waves end we'd laugh out loud to the other and say "hey did you see that one?" (meaning the ride). Well fellow Realtors the "ride is over". If your still talking about your last ride your wasting your valuable time. No longer can you wait for the perfect wave as its time to move down the beach and find where they're breaking again. Sorry for the metaphors, but its true..... back to the basics again. Service, service, and unprecedented service when helping others list and buy. You hear it often, but do leverage yourself on what sets you apart from the rest. Be driven, be bold and be honest with all.  Avoid the "rip tide" that will carry you away from what you do best.....helping true buyers and sellers achieve their goals.  Expect to "hang ten" again, because that is the decision you've made every day.  (Even on a "boogie board"......cowabunga!)
