What a weekend! I am so glad spring has sprung because so has real estate!  Last week I logged my very first listing!  Sunday I had a listing presentation and a showing. The showing I didn't think would be longer than 20 minutes and I would be off to snap some photos of my listing to post on the MLS.  Boy, WAS I WRONG! My buyers loved the house and put a contract on it! UPDATE-CAPTURED in TEXAS! (KSDK) Mathew Wilson, the 48-year-old suspect wanted for the March 4th assault of a real estate agent in Weldon Spring, was arrested Saturday evening by police in Texas.  St. Charles County Sheriff's Department officials say Wilson was taken into custody outside of a real estate office in the town of Granbury, Texas near Fort Worth.
Investigators say U.S. Marshals tracked Wilson to Texas and notified police in the town of Granbury. When I tell this story it doesn't sound all that scary, but at the time I thought I would die or give birth.
Spring '06 I was holding an open house for a fellow agent. There were two brand new homes side by side that were vacant.  It was nice out so I opened the windows and let the breeze in. I was also 7 1/2 months pregnant.
