Years after Loan Default, Homeowners May Still Owe - 11/10/10 08:38 AM
I always advise my clients to make sure that when they consider a short sale on their home that they consult with a tax attorney on the repricussions of their short sale.  They may also want to consult a real estate attorney to ask questions specific to their situation.  I am a Realtor and while I may have knowledge in other areas they must consult a licensed professional in those other areas.
