AS WE HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING AND SOME OF US EVEN LEAVING THE BUSINESS, I HAVE CONTINUED TO WORK HARD AND STAY POSITIVE IN THIS CRAZY MARKET. I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT TO DATE, I HAVE 14 CONTRACTS CLOSED OR AWAITING CLOSING TOTALING A VOLUME OF $5,567,355. THERE ARE BUYERS OUT AND ABOUT ONCE AGAIN, WHICH IS AT LEAST A LIGHT AT THE END OF A VERY LONG TUNNEL. I ENCOURAGE ALL CLIENTS TO BE OPEN MINDED ABOUT NEGOTIATIONS IN THIS MARKET, WHETHER BUYING OR SELLING. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN A GOOD THING IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER, OR AT THE END … (0 comments)
