The event was staged in the Main Lobby of Crye-Leike's Quail Hollow Corporate Headquarters building.Monday December 10th - Friday, December 14th. Crye-Leike's Conway AR Realtors participated along with the Nursing Home Gift Fund of Faulkner County by delivering gifts to the Heritage Living Center of Conway. The residents received an assortment of practical gifts. Heritage Living Center is one of the largest facilities in Faulkner County. Tonight I will have dinner with my family. We always have some family that travels into town or we travel out of town. Hopefully santa will visit us as we sleep tonight. Trash for Sale, House Comes With It - 12/19/07 11:50 AM
Yesterday I stumbled across an bad listing photo and posted - Did they flush? 
Today I came across another example of what not to do with property photos. Sometimes we learn more from others' photo blunders.
This looks like it would be a very nice kitchen...brand new, nice counters, cabinets etc. What was the agent thinking? I'm thinking something like... how fast can I get out of here. I'm going to be late. Sometimes a house will not be in pristine condition. Even if the agent had just taken a minute to move the bottle of windex, cord and waddded up, used, paper towels … (7 comments)

I just pulled up a property for sale. Looks like a wonderful house. Certainly a beautiful bathroom.
But what's wrong with this picture? There are 6 (oh so important) property photos available and this is one that made the cut.
Please take a second to close the toilet lids before taking your next bathroom picture. Because I forgot all about the house when I saw this photo. Instead I just wonder - Did they flush? (Or actually looks like a he - Did he flush?)

Bristol Caverns: Tennessee Caves - 12/15/07 09:52 AM
If you haven't seen it yet, there is an excellent TV/dvd program out on Discovery called Planet Earth. They have amazing footage of caves, ice worlds, oceans, mountains, deserts... all over the world.
They inspired me to do a little research into caves. As it turns out Tennessee has more caves than any other state in the nation with about 8,000+.  I had no idea. I started trying to find out where all these caves are. A lot are in the eastern areas of Tennessee. Every one of Tennessee's 95 counties now offers Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.
What is the program and how does it work?
The Imagination Library is available to all of the 375,000 children under age five living in Tennessee.  Every TN child under age 5 can sign up for free. Once signed up the child receives a brand new book in the mail every month.
