Complete Realty, LLC New Office Policy:  Every agent that calls to see a home, the state license # must be verified through the state of Michigan website.  State of Michigan License and Verification On-line Service   The persons license must match the business they are stating they are with.

I have used the Callwave fax system for years.  Well, the company has out done themselves again.  How many times are you on the road or in a meeting, listen to message and wished you could have written the message down. 
Callwave has eliminated the need for writing.  The messages that go to your cell now can go to your email too!  Yes, the voice messages can go to both places.  Listen where not proper, listen and see the telephone number on your email in a proper setting.

The Flint Chapter Women's Council of REALTORS® had a great show of people.  Patty Kelso, Katie Colden, Sukey Webb, Stephanie Hoffman and I.  During the first part of the meeting LCP's, Local Chapter PresidentsJ, talked about themselves and their chapter.  State wanted people to know more about the LCP's.  I would rather heard more about what every chapter is doing.
This is what I said about our chapter, very proudly I might add.  I explained do to the Evites, we are making a profit on our Business Resource Meetings.  I said we set small goals that accomplished a lot.  We have labels … (0 comments)

I went to Mega Conference in Fort Lauderdale Fl.
            My Opinion.  This activity would be wonderful for a President Elect.  I as a President enjoyed the networking; however, I do wish I had the networking classes offered before I became president of the chapter.
            Overview:  Networking...Education about approaching people standing alone. 
When in a room of people, focus on the person you are with.  Don't look around to see who else is in the room.
Don't answer your cell phone, most have voice mail.
Take the Blue Tooth out of your head J

I went to the Women's Council of Realtors® Spring meeting Friday 4/20/07.  Bill Martin filled us in with the political information we need to know.
  These approximate statistics were given:
            GM Paid Medical Leave         7000 people
            GM Job Bank                          8000 people
            GM Lay Off                           5000 people
            GM Union Officials                1500 people
                                                            21,000 people, paid non production people
            Toyota                                     28,000 total work force.
How can GM compete?
When the Governor attempted to pass the 2% tax increase, the Realtors® Association was the only Association that stood and fought back.  We sent 10,000 emails to 2 days.  That's awesome.
