Do you give out the correct tax information?
Complete Realty, LLC will no longer put the tax information in the MLS or on the webstie.  The rules for real estate websites state all information for real estate must be current or fines may be leveraged.
Information in Michigan supplied by the cities and townships is tax information from the previous year.
It is up to the buyer's agent to discuss last years taxes and what may happen to the taxes after the sale.  The property tax estimator is http://www.completerealtyllc.com/Nav.aspx/Page=https://treas-secure.state.mi.us/ptestimator/PTEstimator.asp

National Women's Council of Realtors Restructure - 05/24/07 11:59 AM
A Presidential Task Force will be formed to revisit the Governance Restructure Proposition ** per Beth Pressler May 24th 2007.
Some of you know this, some of you don't.  Women's Council of Realtors® is restructuring the way the national governance is now operated.  They would like to see a smaller group of people make the decision so decisions can be made on the fly.  The smaller group of people would be a diverse group. Of course there is good and bad to this, change is difficult for many people.   The current plan is being revisited as Beth said above.

http://www.tutto.com/  This is an awesome "Office on Wheels!"  I have developed injuries from carrying around notebooks and full totes.  I bought a case on wheels about 3 months ago.  It was a blessing.  The first case on wheels was too big for the airplane and I couldn't fit legal. 
While wondering the tradeshow at NAR Mid Year in Washington, I found the great "Office on Wheels".  My new "Office on Wheels" fits legal, 17 inch laptop or tablet and pockets for everything you could imagine.  The top is even structured so I have a place to sit if needed.

I have an HP VGA web cam.  What do you recommend?  Do they all have the stop and go pictures?  I wonder if I can use my Sony digital to do the same thing maybe better.  
The bubble guru was a easy to do.  I just had to figure where to put the tag, blog description is where I had to put it.

Flint, MI losing Truck and Bus Plant? - 05/13/07 09:59 AM
Another scare in the Flint, MI area.  Just what we don't need.  This scare and possible job loss will effect about 500 more people in the Flint area.  In Sunday's paper, The Flint Journal, this information was released.  Of course GM will not confirm. 
The proposed sale would be to a company called "International".  The assembly would be moved to a mid-west state. 
What I wonder, does any part of GM own "International".  Just a question I have.

Buyer,  Property Tax Questions You Need to AskWhat is the assessed value of the property? Note that assessed value is generally less than market value. Real Estate Agents can find this information for you.
How often are properties reassessed and when was the last reassessment done? Generally taxes jump most significantly when a property is reassessed.
If the property is non principle resident, the taxes are higher and if designated as a principle residence.  If you purchase a property that is designated non principle, the new tax based on principle residense happens May 1st.  Make sure you file the correct paperwork, if in doubt, ask your … (0 comments)
