Byron Georgia Real Estate Market Report – April 2012 There is plenty of inventory in the Byron Georgia real estate market right now...over 13 months worth. However, homes are moving fairly quickly, evident as homes that sell are remaining on the market for only 3 months. Buyers...choose wisely but choose quickly or miss out.
The great news for sellers is they are receiving almost full price when their home sells....averaging an outstanding 99.23% sales price to list price ratio over the past year. The average sales price over the last year is nearly $128K.
