My Objectives for selling your home - 09/10/07 07:31 AM
It seems today that you need a proven plan to sell a home. it is easy to place a sign out in front, put an ad in the local news paper, or even place an ad on a on line listing site.. I have come up with a 12 step plan that I have in place, that is proven to work. this plan is two fold. I have 3 objectives and 12 steps that I follow. let's face it the main objective is to get your home sold so my first Objective is: To assist you in getting as many qualified buyers (0 comments)
Ok.. you have had the house on the market for 3 mths, you have and showings, an open house, ads in the paper but no offers. WHY? well any one can tell you there are 3 reasons why a home dose not sell, location, condition and price? well it is not the location, and or the condition and let's just say you have priced it right for the market. then what more could it be? well it is time to fall clean..yup fall clean just like we do in teh spring time, put away the pool toys, the kids toys, yes (0 comments)
