I received several emails from different sources lately warning me that "wireless phone numbers will go public" this month allowing telemarketers to call wireless phone numbers and subscribers will be charged for these calls. "Forward to your Family and Friends".  Yes, right!
There must be some truth to it if the "warning" comes from different sources, don't you agree?  Did you receive one or more notice(s) too?
Well, it's a hoax.  There is no such thing as a public wireless phone directory and cell phone numbers will not be made public either. You can register you phone if you want by calling … (3 comments)

There was a lot of activity during January for single family homes in Gilroy. New listings were added to inventory, homes under contract were added to escrow and properties sold and changed ownership. However, despite all this activity inventory remained at 92 properties but the number of distressed properties increased which reflects in a slightly lower median list price. Days on Market increase slightly to 140. More (but fewer distressed) properties sold this month than in December 2011.
