Fall, the season of change: Is your life changing for the better? - 10/29/10 03:52 PM
Fall, the season of change: Is your life changing for the better?
I can hear the crunch, crunch, crunch of Phoenicians walking through the parks and neighborhoods.
The sidewalks are becoming littered with the changing, fallen leaves, as the sunlight peers through the branches of the lucky, golden-hued leaves that have yet to fall. People are bundling up a little bit more, and breaking out the tea kettles.
The swirling aroma of hot cocoa, cinnamon and pumpkin pies intrigue my senses, making me that much excited about changes. No more hot, summer months...but that's not all that's changing. Fall has arrived, and it's … (11 comments)

Connect with the spirits on the otherside this Halloween with Stayawake Productions -- Phoenix, AZ
Sounds that go bump in the night...
A chilling feeling that makes the hairs on your neck stand straight up...
Goosebumps forming on your arms because you feel something in the room...
Is it an evil spirit? Paranoia? Or...how about a loved one?
While most get a thrill during the Halloween season from going to haunted places and looking for anything that might scare the bejeezus out of themselves, some seek out contact to their loved ones on the otherside. Definitely an interesting and different way … (1 comments)

It's time for the FUN part! And I know you're excited for this one, so let's get right to it: looking at homes!

Phoenix First Time Home Buyer Coffee Shop Talk with Anna Banana! Part 1
Hi, I'm Anna Banana, a Phoenix REALTOR that just happens to absolutely love my job and working with my clients! One of my favorite groups to work with is first-time home buyers.
When I first started my real estate profession in 1987, I really didn't know much -- kind of like a first-time home buyer.  My boss basically told me to go out there and sell some homes!  It sounded pretty cut & dry, so I took it upon myself to have an open house my first day on the job … (8 comments)

Start at the Graveyard, but watch your step…this is where the living dead lurk beneath every grave and behind every tombstone. Keep an eye out for these zombies because they’ll come alive just enough to perform a rendition of late Michael Jackson’s Thriller on the two crypt-like stages in the center of the huge cemetery.
Then from the Graveyard, you’ll tip toe into the Haunted Mansion, and then into the Gravestone Park Insane Asylum, haunted by insane resident doctors and patients.

Are you oversharing online? You may just be asking to get robbed. - 10/18/10 07:33 PM
Are you oversharing online? You may just be asking to get robbed.
I recently heard a story about a woman who befriended her neighbor she barely knew on Facebook. She lived next to this man for 15 years, so she thought it wouldn't be such a bad thing accepting his friend request or visa versa. Until one day, she put as her Facebook status that she was attending a concert that night, and what happened next? Her neighbor robbed her.
This speaks volumes about how much we should really share on Facebook and more importantly, WHO we befriend on … (44 comments)

Just about everybody at this meeting was feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and not sure if continuing to keep on trying was the right thing to do.
