Today my clients and I attended an open house while viewing a few other homes in an area. The home showed very nicely and the backyard was an oasis. The agent was friendly and quite knowledgeable regarding the home. My clients weren't sure about the area as it's a relatively 'newer' area and they're not from the Phoenix Metro area.
