Thankful Equals Listening...
Today after enjoying a long, peaceful hike early this morning I came to a very thoughtful and contemplative moment. I knew the day was going to be filled with activities for clients as well as a few business meetings. But something was different in that moment this morning. Instead of 'rushing' to get back and get started I knew, just knew, all would go smoothly and perfectly today. And it has.

Making it about the clients and not the salesperson...
We're in the process of remodeling the kitchen and it's almost time to pick out appliances. I have an idea of what I am looking for in a gas stove and my husband has his eye of some fancy refrigerator. We're meeting next week with the designer at our home and we know that not to make any final choices until after that appointment.
Yesterday we stopped at a local appliance store. Walking into the store I noticed there were 5 or 6 free salespeople but none of them welcomed us … (92 comments)
