Recording Inventory is quite boring unless you play with it.

Along with a Staging Consultation, Color Consultation, and re-design, we offer Staging Inventory rental. It's not a secret that buying something new for staging inventory is my shopping therapy. Also I am one of the people who is never happy with immediate choices that I have to make when buying all necessary accessories right before my staging job. It always looks like I never find the right item when I need it. So when I shop for my client or on my stress relieve shopping trips (which ever comes first) ,  I do buy extra accessories that draw my attention and especially if they have a great price tag (is that just an excuse?LOL)

I don't have heavy furniture pieces in my inventory but I help my clients to make a selection at our furniture rental companies . I carry art work, lamps, rugs, accent chairs, side tables, silk flowers, pillows and throws, bath towels, bedding, one of a kind accessories. To stay organized, I have to keep track of my inventory. Also it makes packing for the staging job go smoother.

Today was the DAY. I started my Spring cleaning and spontaneously decided to organize my Staging storage and make pictures of my Staging inventory. How many nice surprises I have found! Since I don't like routine jobs, I decided to take small breaks in between and put some packages together with my latest inventory addition and old finds. I guess I am very much like my daughter. When I send her to clean her room, she always end up playing with toys.

Staging is not just moving furniture around, I do believe that in order to make your property stand out from the competition you should create an emotional connection. By choosing the right accessories we give your house a WOW factor and motivate your buyer to make an offer. 

We also encourage Realtor to include close up shots to MLS photo package.

It is not easy to guess that I took another break to write down this blog. Now I have to go back and finish organazing. Tomorrow I'll work on picture files.
