I have met so many wonderful women here on AR and would like to wish them Happy International Women’s Day.
 
Today is the holiday I grew up with.
 
International Women’s Day actually was established in America but seems like nobody is celebrating it here anymore. It is better known in Eastern Europe.
 
 It all started in New York at the beginning of 20th century when women came out to the streets and were having strikes to protect their rights. Wordless Wednesday... I want to go back.
Please enjoy the panoramic view of the beautiful Acapulco bay.

I spent last weekend in Acapulco. Coincidentally I celebrated my Birthday over there. We really are last minute travelers, so I didn't even plan to have such a great vacation. And honestly I was not even in the mood to go anywhere, all I wanted to do on my birthday was just see the Oscars on TV. I am glad that my husband made me go. It turned out to be the best Birthday ever. I came back exited and energized. I want to go back as soon as possible.
