Ok, my last blog was a joke (literaly) that bombed. Soooooooooo. We'll get serious again. For the last 10 months I have been told over and over that to survive in real estate today, you have to have a presence on the internet.
When I was at the NAR expo in November I saw a company called EZNeighborhoods www.ezneighborhoods.com . They sell websites targeted at specific neighborhoods or towns. I don't know about everyone else, but I am tired of talking about real estate. So my next couple of blogs will be (hopefully) funny jokes.Here goes.
Remember it takes a college degree to fly a plane, but only a highschool diploma to fix one. Reassurance for those of us who fly routinelyin ourjobs. After every flight, UPS pilots fill out a form, called a "gripesheet," which tells mechanics about problems with the aircraft.
