I don't think that this week's long-list of scheduled foreclosure sales for Flagstaff and Coconino County makes a record, but it's still pretty long. However, as we've seen each week, the list that actually goes under the trustee's gavel will probably be much shorter. Many sales are pulled off the list the morning they were set to sell. Most of those are now in negotiation for short sales. Be that as it may, here is the list for the week of trustee's sales, as it was known Monday morning.

Yep, you guessed it. Even though there was a long-list of scheduled trustee sales for Coconino County October 26-October 30, very few actually made it to the foreclosure block. TGIF and Happy (almost) Halloween. I heard that home loan rates ticked down below 5% today! This could be the last weekend to get the first-time-home-buyer tax credit at it's full $8000 level, or any level at all really. Buyers call now!
