Flagstaff July 4 ParadeThe weekend kicks off tomorrow (or if you're into horse-racing, they kicked off today).

Flagstaff knows how to celebrate Independence Day.

Home loan rates are down this past week, according to Freddie Mac. CNBC told me during lunch that Treasury auctions next week are big, so I don't think the rate dip will last. Meanwhile, I listed a new great country property, just in time for the 4th of July weekend: All American "Rodeo" Home. For a brief time today, this chart showed more solds than listings, but the expireds overwhelms all other categories. Two of the sales reported here are mine -- bringing my total transactions for the month to 7. Not bad if I do say so myself.
