As usual, last week's schedule of Coconino County trustee sales was fairly long; however, the actual sales were few, as shown below. Several third-party bidder came in for the opportunity. Look for the others to appear in MLS as bank-owned properties. The ones of the original list but not on the list at the end of the week may appear again -- they are probably working on loan modifications or short sales.
Zuniga Lot 9, Ponderosa Trails 1 Third Party Bidder $190,000.00
Edington Portion Lots 18-21,Blk 19, Williams Wells Fargo Bank $68,000.00
Multiple timeshares. in Sedona
Kellogg Lot 339, Railroad Springs 3 Bank of America $139,245.40
Lobato Portion Sec. 26,T22N,R8E US Bank National Association $267,828.83
Whatley Lot 7, Timberview Village Bank of America $77,506.46
Ornelas Lot 54, Greenlaw 1 Third Party Bidder $111,101.00

I noticed an interesting article on Inman News today. It's a little wordy, but I pulled the most signifcant language from it to quote in my other blog: "Note to "lowballers: If you don't actually secure the home, the superlow price you offered is no deal at all."
