Ok Lets step back and look around... your wondering what can I do to get my home sold... and set my self apart.. Well that is a hard question.. very hard question... but the answer is very easy... each room you stand back look around start at the ceiling make sure it is clear of all cowebs, dirt and dust bunnys. you would be surprised... dust the corners with some pledge the smell is wonderful.. then move down the walls.. look for smudge marks on the wallls. Wipe them down... then to the floor a good sweep under the run and all the corners.. under the couch and then all the woodwork again with a good wood cleaner, will make it shine and make it smell oh so good... NOW stand back again.. take a look at your room .... look at seating and arrangement.. make sure your room doesnt look cluttered.. You dont want to many family items in the room.. take them out.. you dont want to much in the room!
