Ok Lets step back and look around... your wondering what can I do to get my home sold... and set my self apart.. Well that is a hard question.. very hard question... but the answer is very easy... each room you stand back look around start at the ceiling make sure it is clear of all cowebs, dirt and dust bunnys. you would be surprised... dust the corners with some pledge the smell is wonderful.. then move down the walls.. look for smudge marks on the wallls.
