Steamboat Springs real estate continues to post good gross sales numbers, with this week's total just under $7 million in total sales and $6,317,400 of that representing whole ownership sales.

Interesting to note, with several million dollar plus sales closing in the past few weeks, the Steamboat Springs MLS reports only 4 properties pending over $1 million, and 7 pending in the $900k to 1 million range. Also, those million dollar plus closings have reduced the average pending sale price to under $400K and the median to $298K with a total of 139 sales pending.
