More than ever Buyers want a home that is in a location where they can walk to dining, shopping, and other activities.
I just happened upon Walk Score, a great website that allows you to score a neighborhood on "walkability" by entering an address.  It will plot nearby attractions (e.g. businesses, parks, churches) and rate the neighborhood.  Check it out: http://www.walkscore.com/ and let us know how your neighborhood scores!
