Denville's townhome market is tightening up with six sales alone in the Berkshire Hills complex!  Usually a popular locale to call "home," Berkshire Hills saw lagging sales in the last quarter of 2007.  Overall, here are Denville's closed residential sales for the month of April 2008.

Denville, NJ boasts marginally low inventory levels on a consistent basis.  At this writing, there are 129 homes available for sale within the Township. 
A "rail town," Denville can accurately be pronounced the commuter's dream, with proximity to Routes 24, 46, 53, 80 AND 287!  No wonder its nickname is "the Hub of Morris County!"

Following is the March 2008 real estate sales report for Jefferson Township.  Plenty of activity but still not enough to bring inventory down to reasonable levels.  March 2008 saw 10 listings expire, with 43 homes being either listed or "re" - listed.  Here's the breakdown of what homes managed to sell.
