fontana reo: FHA LOANS - 06/13/08 06:30 AM
"Demand for these once-neglected mortgages has surged because they do not require the hefty down payments or stellar credit scores that lenders have come to expect from borrowers. In addition, the amount of money people can borrow on these loans went up dramatically this year, and many homeowners have found them attractive for refinancing." Washington post.

fontana reo: THE FONTANA HOME SELLING PROCESS - 03/30/08 08:35 PM
Steps to Expect When Selling Your Fontana Home
Selling your home is not on anyone's top 10 list of fun things to do. It's time to sell your fontana home, so here is a simple game plan of what you can expect during the process.
First time sellers, listen up, because now it's your time to find the buyer!
First and foremost, figure out if you want to sell your home on your own or with an agent. The vast majority of people choose to sell their home with an agent, which is statistically wiser. Fewer financial results and smaller sales are produced from … (0 comments)

fontana reo: refill your toner cartridge - 03/14/08 05:09 PM
No One Likes Wasting Money
Toner cartridges for your printer are expensive. A full set of cartridges for my color printer runs close to $500. My black and white is about $80.
When the light flashes or you get a message on your printer or computer that the toner is "low," get out your credit card and prepare to spend around a hundred bucks.
Both new and older machines can be "rejuvenated" with refill kits.
Checkthe online store, www.tonerrefillkits.com , to see if a kit is available for your laser printer, plain paper fax machine (or multipurpose machine, or plain paper copier

fontana reo: Local numbers or 800 numbers - 03/12/08 02:57 AM
I have been running these thoughts in my mind and I cannot find the correct answer. On your signs which is more effective in getting quality prospects to call; 800 numbers or local numbers?
I am located in an area where there are about six different zip codes in close proximity. I actively market to four of them, and hence the dilemma.
Local numbers say this guy lives and work here and so knows the local market.
800 numbers has the call capture feature and gives you a call back number even if the caller does not leave one.
Which way would you go?
what are … (9 comments)

fontana reo: Working from home - 03/07/08 07:28 AM
I have been having writer block for the last couple of days. I have just read Dave Woodson's  blog "How do you work from Home" and it inspired this.
I work from home and love it. The trick is to have a separate work area with all the gadgets you need for work.
No home phone in there. As a matter of fact I have no home phone that is now my fax line. Telemarketers just love it when they get that high pitch whine in their ears.
When the kids get home its break time, we hang out chat a little and … (5 comments)

fontana reo: Home Loans, your options. - 03/04/08 02:57 PM
While shopping for a home is exciting, it also means you need to do some research to find the best loan for your Fontana home. Finding a good loan can make a huge difference in your monthly payment as well as the overall process.
Here are some tips to help you along your way:
Getting pre-approved for a loan is one of the best choices you can make. Firstly, there is no cost and no obligation. Secondly, it allows you to have a little more advantage when shopping in that the seller knows you are a "serious buyer." This is different from abeen pre-qualified. … (0 comments)

Renting a home has its advantages: you can move without selling a home first; you don't have to make the repairs, nor do you have to pay property taxes. But something is missing. You lack a sense of security and ownership, or maybe it's just the simple fact that the money you work hard to make is thrown into the wind as rent payments each month.Whatever the case, you're now in a spot where you want to take a step away from renting. But, you also wonder if there really are advantages to owning a home. Let's explore the advantages.Home Ownership Has Tax Advantages
