Many times in our lives we will hire people for different reasons.  Perhaps a Real Estate Agent, Contractor, Daycare Provider.  Maybe your buying a pool or need something painted.  Whatever the need there are a multitude of people wanting your business.  People trained in their profession to do the best possible job for you.  So how do you get the best.  How do you go about hiring the best service or person for the task at hand?
