Homes are quickly moving off the market in Broadmoor West. There have been several new "under contract" signs hitting the streets. The new homes are typically open on weekends, usually from 1pm-5pm. Feel free to stop by and preview existing homes for sale or talk to a local builder about having a home built. Either way, you will not be disappointed in this neighborhood.
