The St. Patrick's Day Parade in Stroudsburg on Sunday was definately the place to be! If you have never been to Stroudsburg, Pennsylavania before, Sunday would have been a great time to be there. The streets were filled with people from all over the region celebrating St. Patricks Day in all it's glory. It was truely a glorious day, the second day of spring, seventy-five and sunny...not a cloud in the sky.
Stroudsburg is located right in the heart of the Beautiful Pocono Mountains. With its quaint shops and Irish pubs it was a perfect setting for such an impressive parade. … (1 comments)

Welcome Spring! The Poconos is such a beautiful place to be any time of the year but after the long winter, Springtime is definately my favorite. Up here on the Mountain we still have a bit of snow in our yard but the sun is shining and the birds are chirping. No flowers blooming here yet but someone just gave me these beautiful dafodills yesterday to brighten my world. Get out and enjoy! Go to the St. Patricks Day Parade in Stroudsburg tomorrow and soak in this glorious spring weather we are having!

                                        See if you can say that seven times fast.
I think we can all agree that having a winning team breeds success. For a seller, Having the right players on their team will mean the difference between sitting on the market and selling fast.  While a super agent and a skilled stager are definately the "first Picks" for the team, having a Saint on your side is a sure bet.
