Fishing is World Class.......There is so much to do in Anguilla.....

Do you want to catch bottom fish such as Red Snapper or Grouper
Or troll for Marlin, Wahoo or Tuna ?


You can go fishing in Anguilla just offshore ....There are a few islands you can even stop for lunch.  So much sea life you can see whales and turtles.   All very close to Anguilla.....

The other day I was driving through Hondo Texas and remembered about almost the same trip back about 4 years ago.  I was the first car to get diverted off the street....
When the Ty Pennington bus with Kermit the Frog pulled in front of me !   Then the street was blocked off for about a week and a swam of construction people got to work........!

While on my way to list a Ranch, I get to see some very interesting sights. In Texas there are quite a few ranch entrances that really make a statement some these entrances costs would shock anyone . some cost almost as much as a small home ....but this entrance is so creative and inexpensive but makes a statement .......as they say a picture is worth a thousand words  .............

Driving out to see a ranch in Medina County..... The clouds were very breathtaking !  I just had to stop and take a few pictures.

Last week I went to meet a client in South Texas to discuss the Eagle Ford Shale Lease.   I had driven this road numerous times and the week before I had left my camera at home. In this one field what I counted was over 250 Turkeys !!!!!!!!!   Talk about a WOW moment.  And NO camera !
Well, this week I went around a corner and there they were.......TURKEYS !!!!

Actually ...  The Island of Anguilla which is 7 miles North of St Martin in the Caribbean has consistent weather like this for about 6 months of the year and gets a little warmer in the summer but still very nice weather.

Jonathan has done some great research on how the public perceives shopping and perceives a buying experience.
It is very interesting that the perception vs the actual buying experience can be really sorted out.  There is allot going on in our minds ...business decision, emotional decision, etc
I really work hard on going through those decissions as to make this experience a fun,easy and good experience for my clients.
