Julie Schmit of USA Today just posted an article called “Mortgage rates fall to new record lows.” The great news it that mortgage rates are at record lows. To be exact they haven’t been this low in about 60-years! Although some feel that interest rates have decreased because economic growth has declined recently the housing market still shows signs of improvement.
