Recently I sold a home in Turner Oregon. The home had some issues but we were able to get them resolved in a short amount of time. The home sold in 14 days but after the inspection the buyer's backed out. We dropped the price and proceeded through the sale until we found a buyer.
 
The deal was in place and an attorney who will remain anoymous, put a bogus suit on this property. We prevailed and the sale is done!
