I receive a voice message at 9:19 a.m.   - When the phone rang I was with another client, looking at a property.  I DO NOT interrupt appointments with buyers/sellers when my phone rings. ALL of my clients and customers know this.  My policy is and has always been, the party has an appointment with me and shouldn't be interrupted 10 times while I am showing them a home, etc. My customers and clients do appreciate this undivided attention.  They also understand when I don't pick up or return their calls in  5 minutes......

I am a newbie ( about a month I'd say...) and I have figured out a few details for posting blogs.  Have some on Localism, have some listings out there and now it's time to really get serious.
I've read many many tutorials.  I have followed directions.  I've messed up.  I've got some good Blogs. I've got some bad blogs.....
BUT!!!!  Can you help me figure out how to add a signature with Active April - you know the Active Rain Logo that some out there have changed to their name???
Please, oh pretty please with sugar on top?  LOL

I am sure most everyone has heard that last week we lost another RE/MAX agent.
After the  tragic loss of our fellow REALTOR® and colleague Ann Nelson last week the Wisconsin Associaton has announced:

WHAT?? No spring break??? WHY not? Stuck again!! - 03/21/08 04:02 PM
Well, mother nature has zapped us again.  Thousands stranded in the Midwest.  Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee has been closed since this morning. Flights were diverted to Appleton Wisconsin - most people haven't heard of Appleton.  And those poor folks are stuck there for now, it's not safe to travel.
O'Hare  International in Chicago has cancelled hundreds of flights.
Families trying to get to Florida for their spring vacations will have to see what Milwaukee has to offer for entertainment.  That is, after the roads are cleared.  We are getting our worst storm of the winter.  Good Friday - it's not supposed to … (13 comments)

Updated!! REALTORS NEED TO STAY SAFE.  WE HAVE ANOTHER TRAGEDY - A LOSS OF A GREAT REAL ESTATE AGENT!  Although I did not personally know Ann Nelson, being in Wisconsin I feel a great sense of loss.  All the facts aren't known yet.  Last night Ann had a 5 pm showing.  The police found her with a fire in the house.  For the complete story see: http://www.nbc15.com/home/headlines/16815936.html

Some much needed money is being sent  to help pay for measures taken during record or near-record snowfall at the beginning of last month.
Many areas in Southeastern Wisconsin saw record amounts of the fluffy white stuff.
Wisconsin Emergency Management spokeswoman Lori Getter says this is only the third time the state will receive federal money for snowfall.
Reports say money will go to Dane, Dodge, Green, Jefferson, Milwaukee, Rock, Walworth, and Washington counties.
The governor's office says those counties got more than a foot of snow on February 5th and 6th.
