WOW, that really made me sad. - 07/18/09 06:00 PM
 Actually sad isn't the appropriate word.  OLD is.
I went out on a pre-listing appointment.  I had not met this family prior to my appointment.  This was a referral from a friend of mine.
I pulled up in front of a really "cute" house. It was a small home, lovingly cared for.
It was obvious that the owners really took pride in their home.  The front deck had chairs and a table on it, ready for someone to relax in.  The flowers were bright, pretty and full.  (It is a bit of drought here right now, many flowers and lawns are … (32 comments)

Ozaukee County Market Report ending 12-31-2008 - 07/14/09 02:15 AM
The final numbers for Real Estate in Ozaukee County for 2008.  The numbers for 2008 ended with 827 homes being sold.  (as provided to the WRA by the Multiple Listing Service).
The median sales price is the lowest  in the past 3 years.
What does this mean?  It is a great time to buy a home!!  It is a great time to sell and move up to a larger home!!
The number of sold homes was lower than in the past 10 years.
