2 Months and my buyer still doesn't have a house!
How many red flags can there be? I try try try to get my buyers to use lenders that I know will give them good service.....

This summer I have found a Meth poisoned house. I have been 1/2 block away from a shooting that just occurred. I have seen small animals closed up in a home.....

Minnesota company files Chapter 11 this week leaving Milwaukee area families in tough situation.
Homes under construction and completed have gotten construction liens filed on their properties due to a Minnesota company's financial difficulty.
It was reported by the local paper that President Homes has not paid some subcontractors for work and items such as cabinets that were put in homes. The homeowners have paid for these items, however the contractors weren't paid. That means the contractor has the right to file a lien against the home. Great news was announced on Thursday May 15th. The Chief Economist for NAR (the National Association of Realtors), Lawrence Yun, predicts that home sales and prices in Milwaukee .... and most of the country..... are in a position to improve in the second half of this year.

Have you ever had a bad feeling before a showing - I mean a really bad feeling?? We all have an inner sense to keep us out of trouble. Do we listen to it? I was praying this morning for safety as I drove to my showing appointment.
Before scheduling the appt to see this home I got a small history lesson from the listing agent. Earlier this week we could not look at the home because it wasn't secure. I mean there were squatters there.

The 2008 assessment shows that the total assessed value of residential and commercial real estate grew by 4.3% since January 1, 2007. Commercial property assessments grew 8.4% and residential property assessments grew 2.4%.
