New Offices...familiar ol' faces! Could it be a ramp-up for summer? - 04/23/10 10:38 AM
Having worked with and for a large number of Southern California Escrow and Mortgage Professionals at various companies, the '06/'07 melt-down saw them scattered to the four winds.  Recently, and not a moment too soon, my acquaintences have begun to "pop up" at new offices with new teams (looking alot like the old teams) and with many taking positions they are familiar with to crank out new work and most importantly-New Signing work for me [a Notary Signing Agent].  April has seen a vast improvement over March which was steady, but not earth-shattering.  My hope is that this is simply a … (0 comments)

Politics are sometimes my weakness...and sometimes I slip! - 04/21/10 10:32 PM
But, I hope that you will take me for who I am and more importantly, whom I hope to be: (a good and decent human being with faults, passions and compassion for everyone I meet). 
So sue me.  I'm passionate about politics and patriotism and I have strong beliefs.  I've always believed that those are traits to be celebrated.  Yet once in a great while, I "pop-off" on social media because I don't have enough places to let off the steam of that passion.  Invariably, I pay the price by losing a customer or somehow offending those with beliefs different than my own.

It was a crazy day! - 04/17/10 01:07 AM
     My primary business, that of a Notary Signing Agent  has traditionally seen an uptick during the summer months.  I feel like my summer began today!  Of course, I only saw minimal work that resembled that Notary signing work I once had but instead "other work" that I have added (Process Serving, Messenger, photo-inspection and court filing) decided to hit me all at once today. I have often said that I am not an accomplished multi-tasker.  Today, I'm happy to revise that statement to: I am an "OK" multi-tasker, provided that I stay organized.
