I love my DuoFold thermal undershirt. I swear by the thing. Being a Seahawk's season ticket holder, I can count on at least 8 days a year that I will no doubt be wearing my DuoFold. ..........My own voice. Not a problem with hearing it when I speak, I'm very comfortable with that..........it's hearing my own voice after it has been recorded and I am listening to it being played back to me. Something about listening to my own voice on a recording that kind of gives me the shivers. Is it because I use the "umm" a little too often? Maybe. I've been working on that. Now instead of "umm" I'm trying to go for the pause (as "ummm" is really just a way to collect your thoughts) for effect :) Maybe it's because I can … (40 comments)

I learned that if you miss it again, you are crazy!!! I repeat..........If you miss the next Inman in July in San Francisco (or if that's too far and you miss the one a year from now in New York) you are crazy!!
We (the guys here at AR) are in a lot of ways on the cutting edge of what's in the real estate technology space. Mainly because Jon and Matt make sure the rest of us in the office are up to speed. Being on a Plane next to Matt is great!!In Jon’s post welcoming Rich to the fold, he mentioned that we are hoping to attend more functions across the country in the coming year. After sitting next to Matt while flying across the country for the Real Estate Connect conference, I have to say, I could not agree more. We are having an ActiveRain gathering in NYC during the Real Estate Connect Conference presented by Inman News. The other day Jon came in to my office and informed me of a contest he and Matt are planning. Jon is always scheming up some kind of contest. Usually he is trying to dupe me into a % of weight loss, or % of muscle mass gained contest. Something weird like that. So when he strolled in on Monday, and annouced that he and Matt were having a contest, I expected something similar.
