Today I had to prepare for a compensation committee meeting. I had a task on the agenda but had only given thought to it, but not effort. I guess things had been so crazy with other things that it just didn't take a priority until this morning. Ironically the result was "Work Life Initiative", yes we all know about this but what do we really do to take it to the next level. I remember in the late 90's I worked for Deloitte & Touche. They were cutting edge for an accounting firm to actually have a work life balance program. … (2 comments)
