Below is a picture of me with @miacupcake on of my twitter friends. Mia just had a baby and I am needing to get a Mother of the Bride gown for my daughter's wedding in October. So we have joined together with some other twitter friends to from #tweightloss which starts tomorrow, Friday, January 1, 2010.
The goal is 5 lbs. a month. Some of the ladies asked what "The Plan" was, and Mia and I did not really have a shared "plan". But I promised to post one for whomever may like to have a basic framework.
