 Well, ours has. One of EWM's Associates and I partnered to list a new oceanfront condo in Hollywood Beach, Florida. We listed it, priced it right, and provided our services to the seller by ordering a Virtual Tour, pictures, mailed great postcards and did a lot of advertising. Everything went fine, we showed it several times and after we reduced the price we attracted more interest. As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I managed to get a contract for t this 95 year old lady's condo in Hallandale Beach, Florida who was moving to a retirement home. During the process, as I was helping her packing her belongings, I found some pieces of jewelry she had hidden behind her china. She had told me she thought someone had broken into her home and stolen them from her.
