The Pinehurst - Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service carried 156 Active Listings for Condos/Townhomes within Moore County as of March 1, 2008.  Of those listings, 69 were located in Pinehurst while 57 were located in Southern Pines.  The others were located in Aberdeen (15), Carthage (5), Foxfire (3), Seven Lakes (3), Whispering Pines (1), and Woodlake (3).

Moore County, NC - ACTIVE Inventory in Multiple Listing Service - March 1, 2008 - 03/13/08 09:20 AM
The Pinehurst - Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service carried 1159 Active Listings within Moore County as of March 1, 2008.  Of those listings, 873 were single family homes, 39 were single family homes with acreage, 156 were condo/townhomes, 50 were horse farms, and 41 were manufactured homes. 
Slight increases were experienced in single family homes, single family homes with acreage and condo/townhomes, while the other categories remained essentially the same as those posted for February, 2008 which were:
