butterfly wonderland scottsdale azI've been watching an odd-shaped building under construction the past few months, just off the 101.  It's going to be a "Butterfly Wonderland" experience!

The grounds include info and exhibits on the life cycle, conservation, and importance of butterflies, honey bees, ants, and the rain forest.  The nation's largest butterfly pavillion will allow you to observe butterflies in their natural habitat, doing what butterflies do - and it's interactive.  

There's a 3D Theater, Butterfly Emergence Gallery, Café, and Gift Shop (of course!).

What a great way to get out of the heat this weekend and see nature up close!
