Argent EXPANDS permenantly! Storage suite allows for TRUE designer showroom! - 04/23/10 05:47 PM
Hello!
We blogged back around the 1st of the year that we had gained some storage space in an adjacent suite in our building - contingent on another tenant moving. That fell through, but our landlord allowed us to use another suite until it was leased.....which only took about 3 months to do.
However - we just picked up a vacant suite in our building that can exclusively be a storage unit, permenantly! This is AWESOME news as prior to, when we recieved large deliveries we were forced to accept them into our suite, which is only about 700sf. Due to … (0 comments)

I *love* seeing good news for a change on my msn home page!
After a record-low new home sales turnout the previous month, (Feb), new home sales surged 27% in March! This is the biggest monthly improvement in 47 YEARS!
The experts credit better weather and the government incentives for the boost in sales.
Some economists are expecting the sales to filter way down in number after the tax credits are exhausted, but only time will tell...!

I've been being slaughtered by big-brand banks with credit card transaction fees. My husband suggested I speak with his friend, Paul Mulhern, with MBCard.com to see if he could get better rates and less fees for the business.

I had too much tropical iced tea yesterday from Pita Jungle and stayed up waaaayyyyyy to late (why do they make it so irresistible?!?!). COMING SOON! New vacation home furnishing package - "Tropical Retreat"! - 04/20/10 01:58 AM
Last fall, I furnished the studio model at Thunderbird Retirement Resort. Roughly a 20' x 20' box, I decided to go with a "Tropical Resort" theme, to make it feel like a retreat.
The staff and owners continue to rave about the results, which has led me to start developing a "Tropical Retreat" vacation home furnishing package for the website!

This one, I had never heard of!
A client of mine's friend in NE Mesa had seen a table pad at another furniture store - however, the store would only sell the pads with THEIR tables! She already had a great, nearly-new table in her vacation home, but was able to get the manufacturer's name. She called me, wanting to see if, perhaps, I could get my hands on one....

We've had a LOT of problems with our current website, and the webmaster doesn't know how to fix it. THAT is a problem! A lot of clients have told me they can't view any of the photos on many pages.....I've started working with a new web-hosting company and hopefully, this will be resolved soon! We *finally* found time (ha, ha) to upload pricing and photos of the new Artisan Home Furniture line to our website under the Rustic Mexican Vacation Home Furnishing Package tab!
This furniture is considered the "Level 2" version of the package - the furniture is a bit more refined, and a bit less rustic than Level 1. The woods used are predominantly Cottonwood, Alderwood and Pine. Many pieces boast iron or metal trim, and they require little-to-no special care!

Many clients have asked for referrals for a number of services - many of which, we can acommodate (blinds, ceiling fan installs, accent paint, appliances...).
One area I know NOTHING about is landscaping - especially here in the desert! I kill everything!

One of our clients referred us to Brian Klein, the owner of B&T Home Services. They are using him to check on their vacation home while they are away this summer.
