Oh My! I've discovered a beautiful treed 1.10 acre parcel within 4 minutes of downtown Payson. It is so perfect for anyone wanting a spot to build a secluded get-a-way. I walked it this morning and was taken aback by the Elk and deer trails winding through the Aspen and Oak trees. A gentle incline builds from the lot line up to a low hill in just about the middle of the parcel. What a perfect location to place a cabin.
