I want to know if your experiencing the same difficulty i have been lately since the subprime market has disappeard. I am looking for a true hard money lender that does 50k or less in Pa. A true hard money lender bases their decisions on the Asset(Real Estate) and not the borrowers credit. Any help would be appreciated. ;)
