I see many realtors struggle and blame the market and the recession for all their problems. They must realize that the reason they are struggling is because they are not taking the right actions. They are spending most of their time on activities that can be done by an admin person. If we want to make money and succeed in this business, we must spent most of our time on these three activities:

The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board processed 1,818 property sales in March, an increase of 16 per cent compared to 1,565 sold during March of last year, and an increase of 42 per cent compared to February's 1,279 sales. In March of 2006, there were 2,072 sales.

Spring is upon us and we should all make sure that we complete the seasonal maintenance chores before summer arrives. Below is a list of items that you should make sure you don't over look.
- Change your furnace/air conditioner filter
- Change the batteries in your smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector if they use them
- Hook hoses back up to the bibs. Turn on faucets and check for leaks
- Schedule seasonal maintenance inspection for your Air Conditioner
