Of course you can stage your own house! But should you? Or would the wise choice be to get input from an experienced staging professional.

It goes without saying you will keep your house clean. (I always recommend a professional cleaning to my clients even with a spotless home.)
I remember years ago........We were having a party. I always tried to keep a clean house but I am human. I had cleaned from top to bottom, cooked, planned the guest list and gotten dressed to impress! Everyone had a great time! However after everyone left,I was exhausted! I grabbed a glass of tea and sat at the kitchen table. For some reason I looked up and there in the opposite corner was a cobweb! Why didn't by my husband , my kids or even my friends tell me or knock it down!
There are many reasons for this but let's discuss 4 of them.
1. They didn't notice- yeah right maybe???
2. They noticed but thought it would embarrass you. They love you! They would never hurt you. That cobweb is not worth hurting you, much less in front of all these people.
