Yes, I know I haven't blogged in ages....well, ok...maybe not ages....but I have definitely put blogging on the back burner while I have tended to my yard for the past couple of weeks. The nice weather here in Seattle has been long over do and I just couldn't pass up being outside. I mean, it just snowed here a month ago for goodness sake. I love to be warm, so 70, 80 degree days and I am a happy camper. Yes, I went to the Green festival. It was a lot of fun, however, there weren't as many green "real estate" (1 comments)
live green nw: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Are you following the law of the Three R's?

If you are anything like me, you have grown up hearing about the Three R's: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. I think I learned about that concept sometime during my freshman year of high school, although my mother had been teaching me, as well, throughout my childhood. I believe everyone should try to do their part to leave a lighter footprint on this planet. Here are some ways you can do that: Reduce: commit to using less energy, toxicities, and resources. •· Turn off water when brushing your teeth. •· Turn off front porch light during the day. •· Turn off lights every time you leave (15 comments)
